I have been working at Forever 21 full-time for more than a year

Pros

Nothing, poorly run company. No reason to work here.

Cons

Overworked, put in dangerous situations, and company has very poorly run corporate offices. Nobody can ever answer questions, the IT department is rude and laughably ineffective. Regional and district managers are verbally abusive.

I worked at Forever 21 part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    -working around clothes
-majority of coworkers are friendly and helpful to work with
-small discount but that's better than nothing I guess

    Cons

Scheduling practices were erratic and disorganized in general. If you work here forget about having an actual social life since you'll be scheduled on Friday and Saturday and/or Sunday closing shifts EVERY WEEK. The people in charge of the schedules are also disorganized and unfair. If they don't like you for whatever reason, they'll give you 5 hours or even less a week while giving others almost 20-30 hours a week without telling you why or what you did wrong. Once I was scheduled to work 4 shifts a week and on the day of my shifts they would call me to tell me that I didn't need to come for 3 of my shifts because it was "slow." Many times you won't know your next week's schedule until last minute, making it difficult to plan other events or appointments for the next week. They often called me on days when I have school or even during class to come to work even though I notified them that I wasn't available those times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give employees a decent and organized schedule for once. Also it's common sense to know that no one can survive on 5 hours or less per week. Learn that your employees actually have a life outside of this job.
