Pros – A fun environment that was constantly renewing itself. It was exciting to see what was new now next in fashion.
Cons – Poor store operation/HR structure, communication breakdown between store and corporate levels, and inconsistent regulations on senior management cause for stress/attrition.
Advice to Senior Management – Be thorough in your communication, expectations, and follow up. Listen constructively to all levels for ways to improve growth opportunities.
