Forgotten Treasures – “okay place to work.”

Pros

THe employee discount is amazing, and it is a fun place to work. THe hours are flexible and I could always get time off if I needed it. I also learned many new skills that will be helpful in life and new positions.

Cons

Owners and management are not very connected. Different and competing instructions were given many times. Also it can be frustrating to never know when new plans are being implemented. Pay periods are not very defined and checks were often given late.

Advice to Senior Management

Try new things to create sales. If something isn't selling, don't continue to order more of that product.
