“Great brains, tough execution”
I have been working at Forrester Research
Pros – Very smart people doing very useful work for clients. Good feeling of accomplishment when you help a company to succeed.
Cons – Tough environment - hard to balance all of the things that need to be done within the time available during the day/week. Too much time slicing and competing priorities.
