    Pros

    +Awesome colleagues
+Fun work environment (gym, foosball tables, ping pong tables, young workers, etc)
    +Very forward-thinking, tech-savvy
    +Good benefits (15 days vacation, 10 personal/sick days)

    Cons

    -Low Salaries to start
    -High turnover
    -Confusing policy/matrix and executive decisions
    -Some entitlement attitudes among staff

Actually listen to the concerns of staffers and make other offices feel included. Common thought is that everything revolves around Cambridge and no one cares about other offices.
