    I have been working at Forrester Research full-time

    Pros

    -Smart, smart, smart people---in research, sales, marketing, etc
    -Beautiful new building in Cambridge
    -Get to work for an industry thought leader
    -Fast environment---stuff gets done
    -People tend to be helpful and kind
    -Great pay and benefits (I know others have commented that pay seems to be low but I am pretty happy with my comp)
    -Flexible culture with a great work/life balance (aka work hard when you're here but not expected to be on at all hours)

    Cons

    -There's been some churn in the sales org and the company moved to the Alewife location---this has caused some morale issues
    -Wish there were more lunch options nearby

    Keep listening to staff and think about ways to address the cultural changes to continue to up morale

    I worked at Forrester Research full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    The culture at Forrester is helpful. Everyone will offer their assistance, whether or not they are actually able to assist. Most of the people are really great people, and great care is taken during the interview process to ensure you will fit into that culture.

    Cons

    The senior management is immature and inexperienced. Most of them are home grown. Change is not managed, aligned to company objectives or planned effectively. Mission, vision, and values change frequently, and corporate objectives are not clearly communicated or quantified to help measure achievement or results. Cross selling is difficult and falters in front of the customer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    When sales attrition is close to 30%, something is seriously wrong with your market approach. Hire people who are experienced enough to know what they are doing, and then let them do it while you track and measure and make adjustments based on results. You will never compete with Gartner until you do.
