I have been working at Fortigent, LLC
Pros – -Very understanding with time and work/life balance
-Focused on results rather than just being in the office from 9 to 5
-Good teams work, very friendly enviornment
-Free breakfast food and no restrictions on the internet
Cons – -Not a very clear reward/compensation structure
-Don't pay as well as other firms in the industry
Advice to Senior Management – More transparency needed for compensation packages and performance reviews
