I have been working at Fortna

Pros – The company is really managed by its business principles.
Good communication for a company with lots of remote employees.
Respectful culture, supportive of each other.
People honestly try to do what's right for the client.

Cons – The company has a culture of overworking - often people in the office til 7pm, weekend emails, etc.
Not impressed with new employee interviewing process. Need to ask tougher questions.
Expected to share hotel rooms at employee meetings.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep emphasizing principles and values.
