Pros: Significant responsibilitiy as a new hire / recent graduate. Cons: Not much room for growth into senior management. Advice to Senior Management: none. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

Valuable work, healthy environment

Pros: Great issues, great clients, good staff culture. HR listens to staff and makes concrete changes based on staff input. Senior management cares about… Cons: Client-facing work can be stressful.
