I have been working at Fossil full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great work environment, beautiful office, nice gym, ok cafeteria.
Great people, friendly atmosphere
Steady paycheck

Cons

Poor management
So slow because they are disorganized. Blame it on being big so they don't have to fix it.
Haven't planned well, think they are still small
Lots of people have a not my job attitude to problems

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Replace middle managers who aren't capable of managing

    I worked at Fossil full-time

    Pros

    -Work/life balance was pretty good.
    -Used to make a great product.

    Cons

    -They outperform their goals consistently, however still find excuses to not pay bonuses.
    -Nepotism is the key to that promotion or job that you are more than qualified for.
    -Communication is sorely lacking on so many levels it's actually comical.
    -Management preaches consistency, however it is never practiced.
    -They also take their "Culture and Values" very seriously, however employ Senior Management that should be invested by their own HR department for their behavior.
    -If you ever meet the CEO, be prepared for your conversation to be about the numbers and not about anything on a personal level.

    The bottom line is always important in business, however it should never be the only line.
