I have been working at Foster Wheeler

Pros

The project design/engineering staff is well qualified, Some offices are well organized and managed by a well trained professional staff while others are sorely lacking.

Cons

Some office project management offices need a better understanding of project requirements and employee benefits. Overall experience at some offices is of a pressure cooker mentality with somewhat incompetent chefs.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat the employees with respect and meld family life into the office activities. Understand how to manage contracts and clients to benefit the company.
