“Appreciation for Human Capital”
Former Employee – worked at Four Seasons Hotels full-time for more than a year
Pros – Four Seasons really looks after their employees. Great pay, excellent benefits and a very comfortable and positive work environment. Potential to advance through the company with a career. Hire based on attitude, always great people to work with.
Cons – Potentially not much job freedom as your tasks/roles/duties may be VERY clearly defined.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep lines of communication as open as possible with all staff members.
