Four Seasons Hotels – “Great company for the right person”
Pros
Well documented operating criteria and policies and procedures. Be guided by them and communicate when they don't work.
Cons
Driven, results oriented....."24/7" committment needed. Family life could suffer.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to hire people who can dedicate the time which is essential to achieve the results.
