I have been working at Four Seasons full-time for more than a year

Pros

the pay is good there is always work available in the hotel the people you work with in the hotel are nice as well as the atmosphere

Cons

you have to bend over backwards a lot for the hotel guests and this gets stressful at times its hard to balance work and your personal life at times.
