ProsFour Seasons culture is great, taking their employees very serious and also showing that they care about them. They offer a lot of on going training and its a great company if you want to start a careers in the luxury sector.

ConsAs it is a 5 star luxury hotel brand you might have less responsibilities than if you would work for a smaller ex. 4 star hotel.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
