    I worked at Foxconn

    Pros

The best reason to work for Foxconn is that you get a paycheck and benefits while you continue to search for a job. The turnover rate is very high.

    Cons

Foxconn does not invest in equipment or employees. Employees have to work excessive hours with little prior notice. The restrooms are horrible. Google Foxconn and what is written about the working conditions is true.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers should eliminate the autocratic bullying style of management. They should invest more in their employees which includes training, and equipment. There is absolutely no work life balance for the employees. Managers need to provide better restrooms and break areas for its employees.
