I worked at Franklin American full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

This place was great for getting knowledge of the mortgage industry. Franklin would have food catered often, which made the day a little bit better. The work is easy once you learn everything.

    Cons

Although there are plenty of opportunities to move up, they often require more work for almost the same pay. The company is a revolving door, turnover is high, and most of the people there hate their life and have no ambition to make it better

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    give constructive criticism more,
