I have been working at Franklin Templeton Investments full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

I have generally enjoyed meeting and working with everyone I have met at Franklin.
If you can find the right department there is a great chance that you will make friends and move up with in the team.

Cons

There are a lot of departments that might not be a good fit for people and people can get stuck in a position unless they try to get out to a new area or even a new company.

While the benefits are good the pay is on the lower end of industry average.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

While end of the year bonuses are great there should be more incentives through out the year that people people engaged.

I worked at Franklin Templeton Investments as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

The people were all very friendly and helpful (especially when I was trying tog et up on the leaning curve). They were very open to allowing interns to try broad types of work and to take on as much responsibility as wanted.

    Cons

Work can get a little monotonous. Many people just eat lunch at their desk and could be a little more social. I'm sure this varies a lot by office.
