Pros

great benefits, solid company financials mean good job security, nice people for the most part, beautiful campus, lots of people who have been there a long time willing to teach, global organization adds interest

Cons

not really cutting edge on many things, slow adopters of new technology, career path can be difficult, already management heavy in USA so even openings are not always filled

Recommends
Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO

    Pros

If you are fresh of college and need something on your resume.

    Cons

Enterprise Risk and Control Dept is ran by Hitler style management. Bullied, micromanaged. This group has extremely high employee turn-over rate. Management here loves to put people on leash and ran employees like prisoner. Not supporting professional development here. Low moral place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your people the way you invest your money. Treat people with dignity and respect so talents can stay with you. Pay attention to the way your managers treating your people. We are human not cattles.
