Fraser Health Employee Review

I have been working at Fraser Health full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Fraser Health covers a large geographical site and thus a large portion of those that live in the lower mainland. There is lots of growth (especially at the Surrey campus) and lots of scope for learning.

Cons – It's still catching up to meet the needs of the area and staff are being asked to provide the best they can...often working to provide care in hallways.

Advice to Senior Management – Adding more frontline workers versus managers/administrators would help provide better patient care.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
