I have been working at Fred Beans full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Clean modern facility, professional environment.
Mr. Beans is a great human being, imagine a really rich guy with a conscience and a good soul!
He got where is is with honesty and hard work.
Cons – Not much at all negative, too little to even mention.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide more positive praise.
