Pros
Great benefits and competitive salaries. Good location, great gym and cafeteria.
Cons
Incopotenet senior management, too many middle-managers and directors with no direct reports, but who have huge, over $120K, salaries. The review process is very ineffective and many incopetent managers simply unable to give good feedback or criticize constructively. The IT environment is pityful: millions of dollars were wasted on project that were later written off, unbeleivable budgets and consultant spending for IT projects and system implementations which are then purged.
Advice to Senior Management
Shape up and make the company relevant. With the new Market-based compensation, things should improve.
