Pros

The mission of helping the country regarding affordable housing is excellent. Also, there is a good work/life balance for many employees, though that does not hold true for all employees. The compensation and benefits package is also excellent. The benefits include a very good cafeteria and an excellent on-site gym.

Cons

The culture is very beauracratic. Also, it is very hierarchical, so even those in middle management postions do not get very much exposure to people at the vice president level.

Advice to Senior Management

I would advise senior management to reduce the beauracracy and red tape. Support functions such as finance and human resources should also understand who their customer is. Their customer is not their senior management.
