    Pros

Great people, fun office environment, & interesting product/service. Your suggestions and opinions get heard all they way to the top, and everyone';s contributions are valued and appreciated.

    Cons

Because FreeCause is a small yet dedicated team, the workload is pretty big and there is little downtime (not necessarily bad). Often have to petition for priority in queue.

    Advice to Management

The team at FreeCause is hard working and loyal, and everyone wants to see the company succeed. We all believe in the product/service and see great things on the horizon. It would be great to get more information from Management making planning and initiatives even more transparent
