    Pros

The management is VERY supportive, and sometimes go out of their way to help you be successful. It's a fantastic environment to grow your business.

    Cons

The only con is pay. There is none, aside from a small supporting amount through the first few months, at which point you're on 100% commission. This isn't out of the ordinary, but for those who don't have a strong network to build from, it can get really tough to focus on work when you have bills that need to be paid.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. My only recommendation is to qualify individuals a little more before hiring them. They should have a stable financial situation before attempting to create a career in this environment.

    Pros

Very flexible schedule, if you stick it out beyond 5 years you will make good money.

    Cons

They charge you to use an outdated office that is embarrassing to bring clients to. There is little to no help from directors. They lie to you to get you in the door, charge you to work there, tell you to go and sell your family and friends. 90% of people hired quit in the first year. If you do not have rich family or friends, you will not make it 6 months. Don't leave your job to work here!

    Advice to Management

Help your advisors! Give them support and make your directors accountable!!
