Former Employee – worked at Freedom Debt Relief full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – It's a great culture with good people who really care and value the team and their role in helping consumers solve money problems. The offices are nice and the leaders are very honest, fair and transparent. OVerall, the best place i have ever worked.

Cons – Different groups have different comp plans. Communication across groups can be better.

Advice to Senior Management – Good job on hiring talented people and in treating them with respect.
