I worked at Freedom Debt Relief full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Young, friendly atmosphere, good compensation, no cold calling - all warm leads/inbound calls.

    Cons

Call micromanaging: Management measured the number of phone calls we made per day, but this was not a reliable metric because more calls didn't always translate into more sales. I felt like I had to make phone calls for the sake of making calls, rather than work smarter and more efficiently.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on your salespeople's results. If people are exceeding their sales targets, don't niggle them about the number of phone calls they are making per day or other arbitrary metrics.
