“Great working environment in an industry that would surprise most in its depth”
Current Employee – been working at Freeman full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – The industry is very interesting as you can work with clients from all different industries. If you like to travel it would be very good as well.
Cons – Sometimes the management seems out of touch with the day to day worker. Some strategic decisions don't seem to make sense, and are hastily explained away in town hall meetings.
Advice to Senior Management – Develop your young talent before you don't have any anymore.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
