ProsGreat growing company, with amazing employees. Each branch really has a family feel. Employees work long hours with each other, so often have very close relationships.

ConsThis is no 8-5 job, but as long as you know that going in, it shouldn't be an issue. Give Full time employees a lot of PTO to make up for this.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Freeman full-time for more than 10 years

Pros: Senior management genuinely cares about the company and its employees. 3rd generation family members remain active, productive employees in their roles as CEO and Vice… Cons: The company could improve in the area of career advancement and promotion. They are continaully revamping training initiatives, but there never seems to… Advice to Senior Management: Continue along your current path, but perhaps make your decisions more transparent. Not necessarily trying… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
