Pros

They have some exciting technology.
There are lots of speaking and travel opportunities.
There are lots of writing opportunities.
The company allows you to be creative and incentivizes individuals to come up with innovative ideas.

Cons

There is a lot of unnecessary email traffic sometimes

    Pros

    good benefits in general, lack of bonuses or raises for a few years hurt when company ownership changes hands and the CEO always makes out

    Cons

    Ongoing re-organizations, older managements is not progressive

    Pros

    Many career opportunities to be found within the company. Work is mostly challenging and employees tackle workload with less resources through good collaboration.

    Cons

    Many employees have an unreasonable amount of work with unrealistic deadlines, leading to quick burn-out. Bureaucracy gets in the way of getting things done. Preferred method of cost-cutting seems to be reduction in workforce.
