    Pros

You will be surrounded by individuals that are at the top of the industry as professionals. The environment is mature, respectful, you will be rated by your peers. As fair a work environment as you could wish for.

    Cons

Relectless professionalism will never let you rest. Be ready to work at the top of your game with no hope of respite.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring your buddies to come in a trash systems that work. This kind of 'good-ole-boy' networking hurts the business.

  2. Try harder to find something else if you can- they will not pay very much.

    Pros

You get to learn a lot without much oversight. If you are old- its like a retirement community of engineers who say a lot and do little. Hiring practices are not that stringent. Lots of helping out friends in hiring as well.

    Cons

For younger engineers you will be used as cheaper labor- limited opportunities. They also have not hired any recent college graduates in years.

    Advice to Management

Clean house a bit. Good luck to Gregg Lowe.
