“Lack of challenge but great work life balance”
I have been working at Freescale Semiconductor
Pros – Work life balance
Flexible time
No office politics
Cons – Severe lack of challenges
Unequal load of work assigned to individuals
Structured knowledge sharing between older, more experienced workers and new hires is almost non-existent
Advice to Senior Management – More structured training for new employees
Empower them by proper recognition (not just trophies but financial compensation as well)
More challenges for new employees
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
