    Pros

Number one was the free passes to SeaWorld and its associate parks. Also the great opportunities to work for bonuses and learning other positions within the company.

    Cons

Sometimes the expectations of some managers were a bit beyond the photographers control to include having decent angles to get decent shots of interaction between dolphins and park guests.

  2. Useful for a entry-level dip into a paying photography company; not for passionate photographers.

    Pros

Use it for entry-level experience in the field of photography. The company does utilized professional equipment.

    Cons

Management does not require knowledge of photographic equipment or shooting to manage others you do photographic work.

    Advice to Management

Hire a outside, proven and experienced photographer as a source of knowledge within the company. Use this person to approve managerial hirings when those managers oversee photographers. Also, treat photographers as adults.. at times even as professionals.
