Great benefits. Wonderful working relationships. Focus on growth and efficiency. People make a difference and this shows in the company's bottom line.

Cons

Depending on where you are based, upward mobility can be slow. This is because not too many people move out of the company.

Advice to Management

Have better opportunities for growth for high performing employees. This will motivate them to do better and also add more value to the company's bottom line.

    Autonomy is given, ability to make own decisions as long as employees are knowledgeable

    Cons

    Staff is not appreciated; no parties, bonuses, or praise given. It can be a trying job and it would be nice to feel appreciated.

    Please appreciate your employees, take time to tell them how well they are doing. Evaluate them when the time is right

    Pros

    Mostly hard working co-workers make your day move very quickly. Client attitude and gratitude make for good vibes and variety daily.

    Cons

    No reality based investment in hiring experienced management to correctly oversee the constant implementation of new policies and procedures. Training inexperienced staff on the fly. Constant staff turnover results in negative client and staff satisfaction and quality.

    Advice to Management

    Many of us have tried, It's a very negative experience. You should empower your own system EAR. They need people in Mass. to handle issues reported to EAR, in an impartial manner. Yes we know it costs money, but you'll save millions. Hiring and training experienced competent, people gives a big payback every year.
