    I worked at Fresenius Medical Care - North America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Almost all positions are entry level and management does not look for medical experience (a plus if you're looking to enter the field). The medical benefits are great and the corporate level team is a pleasure to work alongside.

    Cons

    Unfortunately, this particular office has very deep seeded issues. Rampant abuse of positions at management level which causes gaps in interoffice communication and training. Foul language and threats are common even at management level; due to the entry level management training and high stress environment. Despite having a female dominated office; sexual comments and mocking are often thrown around and ignored. Unpaid interns from local colleges are often pushed into detailed projects and then let go when the projects prove to be too much of a challenge for them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on retraining and HR protocol for all employees. Stop letting emotion and grudges run amok throughout the office and focus on reasonable productivity.
