    vacation time, not really anything else

    everything, OT all the time, weekly reports that amount to no real information, duplicate electronic paperwork

    already tried giving them advice, they not only turned a deaf ear but went on the attack

    nothing but here but folks implementing bad policies to make it look like they are needed to fix the problems

    Clinic closed on Sundays, good hours.

    Cons

    Company does not care about employees or patients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Recognize the good employees-ones who come to work on days off when called in, spend time with patients, know and genuinely care for patients; not just the ones that are good at sucking up. RNs are NOT better than and more important than PCTs, techs provide direct patient care and are imperative to the patient experience. Teach RNs how to effectively communicate with all staff.
