Great Amenities at Waltham Location - Atmosphere and Pay is So-So

Administrative/Executive Assistant (Former Employee) Waltham, MA

ProsI really miss the many amenitites this company provided at the Waltham location:
-Parking Garage
-Outstanding Caf
-Great Gym w/classes
-Softball Team
-Events like health fairs, etc

ConsNothing like traffic to double your commute or lower pay to lower your moral..
-Place is kind of quiet, not very social and friendly
-128 traffic makes commuting miserable
-Pay for administrative staff could be better

Advice to Senior ManagementRecognize and reward your administrative staff too!
