Pros

Benefit package, patients are well cared for, and the physicians are of the highest quality any where and wonderful to work with

Cons

The patient load is totally unrealistic to actually do what is required by the government regulations. Managers are weak and have very poor education or ability. Autocratic style of handling personnel is very demoralizing and places little value on the person.

Advice to Senior Management

Save money by getting rid of the middle managers that are out of touch with what really happens in the clinic.
Treat employees as if you value them and care about whether the work load is achieveable instead of just dumping on more duties. Computers should be upgraded and more plentiful.
