It is a good place to work. My manager just sucked.

I worked at Fresh and Easy full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Cool place to work, pretty easy, pays well, good benefits, option for a 401k, paid time off

Cons

Upper management lacks consistency, and this comes all the way down from the corporate offices. Tesco lost money to F&E every year that it was open for a reason, and I would be willing to bet that it is because of the upper and corporate management.

I have been working at Fresh and Easy full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

All my coworkers were fun to work with. Management encouraged you to move up to Team Lead.

    Cons

Always short staffed. People that were lazy were assigned easiest job and the people who actually cared were left to do the back breaking work. Very stressful on your back if you are one of these team players.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More even job distributions would help overall team morale. Fresh and Easy is too lenient about people calling out. New policies should be set in place so employees take this service failure more seriously.
