A mixed bag of "professionals"

Student Assistant (Current Employee) Fresno, CA

ProsPlenty of departments on campus that are very proactive and forward thinking and have strong leadership. A lot of great people sprinkled throughout the campus that have a major impact on the learning experience of students.

ConsA lot of politics and things can tend to get slowed up by the governmental machine that is public higher education. Those prof's that are tenured seem to "slow down" and focus more on research than day-to-day instruction. Makes life as a student hard.

Advice to Senior ManagementCut some of the red tape and watch the campus prosper!

– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
