    Pros

    very friendly people and management
    relatively competitive pay
    can choose to work anywhere from 20 to 50 hours per week
    frequent breaks
    safest, cleanest, quietest factory in existence

    Cons

    Given you are working in a factory the work is redundant
    long periods of standing, and frequent lifting

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep adjusting to your employees needs, facilitating a supportive work environment, and encouraging employee involvement. Gas cards, games, and rewards/recognition for exceptional work is a plus!

    Company actively supports intelligent, hard-working associates. If you have drive, ambition and can work collaboratively you will likely be challenged and satisfied.

    You may experience a "con" if you have unrealistic expectations that the general decline of the economy and automotive markets should not to have an impact on the company.
