Current Employee – been working at Fried Frank Harris

Pros – Fun but not the best job in the world. It could be better if it was less stressful and more lucrative.

Cons – Long hours and hard work for less than average pay. Most of the people there are happy but then they are not very motivated

Advice to Senior Management – Hire a VP who cares about people as well as profit. Also have a xmas party and summer picnic for the employees
