I have been working at Friendly's Ice Cream full-time for less than a year

Pros

You get to wear jeans to the corporate office, oppt's to volunteer for many events-LOVE THAT!

Cons

Long term team members, can be tough to break thru or get them to see other's Point of Views.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

walk the office, visit with employees, share more business information

maybe try a cocktails after work get together, do something on the front lawn-games?

    I worked at Friendly's Ice Cream full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The best reason to work for Friendly's is to gain experience. Lots of opportunity to deal with children and seniors.

    Cons

    No real cooking opportunity except for eggs. Most of the food is shipped from central location which guarantees fresh produce isn't fresh.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Franchise owners should be required to attend sensitivity training.
