Pros

Interesting metadata based technology platform and hybrid SaaS/premise product strategy. Consistently profitable, quarter after quarter. Very flexible telecommuting policy.

Cons

Business is stagnant and not growing, which reduces career opportunities. Private equity owners continue to suck out every penny they can. High turnover and continuing bleeding of engineering talent.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to focus on top-line growth to create business expansion opportunities and career opportunities.

    Pros

    Great products and talented staff. The Hybrid On-Premise/SaaS approach is great.

    Cons

    Misaligned priorities. Executive leadership is constantly switching direction of company and does not convey goals and future of company. High turnover rate and employees are underappreciated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Clearly communicate companies strategy and plans. Reward valuable employees more in order to retain great talent.

    Pros

    Strong Midmarket install base, cloud & on premise ITSM solutions, and rebuilding Marketing from the ground up.

    Cons

    Few sales people make their numbers, constant management changes, need to win back the market and the analyst.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stay the course for a while, get the analyst back on your side and continue to invest in marketing. Give sales people realistic numbers to make.
