Frontier Airlines – “Not Great but Very Good!”

Pros

Frontier will do anything within reason for its employees and is very compassionate towards them, especially crewmembers. It is a fun, laid back place to work that rewards hard work.

Cons

I feel that this airline is very crewmember centric. It seems sometimes that Frontier caters to its crewmembers and is very lenient with them regarding thier performance and attendance. In other work groups, 6 sick occurrences means termination. As a crewmember this is not the case. If you can look past and ignore the primadona crewmembers, life here is good!

Advice to Senior Management

Keep fighting the good fight and don't forget about the sacrifices of your salaried employees. They have given the most through the bankruptcy as they have not received the annual step increases that crewmembers and hourly employees have received.
