I have been working at Frontier Airlines full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Flight benefits and that is IT !!!!!!!!!!

    Cons

Long work hours 10+ per day, and your paychecks are miscalculated and very low for the hard work that you put in, the abuse from management, the pilots and flight attendants. The new management is horrible, and has ran all of the supervisors and workers away, and then want to work the remaining workers to death. The pay does not match the times or the stress levels.....run......Coworkers and some supervisors are nice, however management is terrible.....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

resign while you still have some digniity left, you are under educated and horrible.

I have been working at Frontier Airlines full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Travel benefits. Ability to move around.

    Cons

Attendence policy is definitly not competitive with most companies I have worked for and heard of.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of your current attendence policy and occurence program and get with a PTO plan. Also, there needs to be some reassurance that employee salaries will be returned to pre-bankrupcy status and then some. I understand that this is an airline but there is always an opportunity to make more money elswhere. I am surprised that frontier airlines hasn't lost more valuable employees after getting pay-cut after pay-cut...well not really the economy does suck but most people I know actually get anual pay increases and promotions. I guess what I am trying to say is your employees are your most valuable investment. The happier they are, the more money they will make youl.
