    Pros

    Frontier has many growth opportunities due to the recent acquisition of Verizon Wireline properties. The company grew 4-fold.

    Cons

    Frontier has good current benefits that are a bit expensive to the employee. Frontier has no long-term benefits such as retirement or retiree medical.

    Frontier has good current benefits that are a bit expensive to the employee. Frontier has no long-term benefits such as retirement or retiree medical. Management should look at these two issues to keep long-term people.

    I have been working at Frontier Communications

    Pros

    In this economy i'm lucky to have a job, i think.

    Cons

    Low salary, Insane hours and no over time pay, good luck trying to use your PTO (it's a hassle getting days off), no sick days, can't rollover any PTO days, no employee appreciation, poor company performance, NO work / life balance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your employees with respect! Realize that there is no work/life balance and do something to fix that. A yearly raise of 1% for great performance is ridiculous, pay employees what they deserve.
