Avoid Corporate Headquarters

Manager (Former Employee)
Stamford, CT

ProsThe benefits are good. A great learning experience for what not to do in a corporate environment.

ConsThe culture is fear based with little to no support from supervisors or senior management. Training is non-existent and new hires are expected to figure out processes and procedures on their own. Employees are in self-preservation mode due to the culture, so collaboration is limited and getting "thrown under the bus" is common.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt is well past time for the senior management team to be replaced. The current team is comprised of ego-driven administrators, not leaders, who have little genuine interest in listening to employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Frontier is Doing the Right Things

    Manager (Current Employee)
    Fort Wayne, IN

I have been working at Frontier Communications

Pros: Frontier is doing all the right things. It's giving rural customers across the country access to affordable broadband that they would never have gotten… Cons: Frontier is not the place to work if you want to sit around all day and read a paper or get paid to do nothing.… Advice to Senior Management: Continue to focus on the customer but don't overlook system improvements and process improvements.
