Nice place to work if you don't have a personal life.

Analyst (Former Employee)
Stamford, CT

I worked at Frontier Communications full-time for more than 5 years

ProsGood benefits, nice co-workers considering the stress of the working conditions.

ConsTop heavy. Senior Leadership Team constantly hiring Directors and above. Unreasonable demands given time frames, and no care if nights and weekend work are required on a regular basis to get the job done, that's just business as usual. And for all the work you do, they cut out the few little summer picnic and holiday party. Computer systems are antiquated. Promotions are rare, and salary does not increase when you get one.

Advice to Senior ManagementExtend some appreciateion to the people that actually do the work, not only management. Even a "thank you" once in a while is appreciated. Stop expressing the opinion that if they aren't happy with the way things are, they can leave. That's not the least bit healthy for employee morale.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
