    Pros: Good benefits, nice co-workers considering the stress of the working… Cons: Top heavy. Senior Leadership Team constantly hiring Directors and above. Unreasonable demands given time frames, and no care if nights and weekend work are required… Advice to Senior Management: Extend some appreciateion to the people that actually do the work, not only management.
